冷再生機重鋪再生法的技術(shù)介紹

重鋪再生法適合4~6cm面層的再生,是用2臺加熱機分次對舊瀝青路面進行加熱。第一次加熱的表面溫度可達160~180℃,第二次加熱的表面溫度將達到180~250℃。通過2次加熱,將舊路面瀝青材料軟化,再由再生機主機翻松,將翻松材料收集到再生主機的攪拌鍋中,加入適量的瀝青再生劑攪拌,將拌和均勻的再生混合料攤鋪到路面上作為路面下面層,其上再鋪設一層新的瀝青混合料作為磨耗層,形成全新材料的路面,最后用壓路機碾壓成型。再生機工作速度一般為1~3m/min。這種方法適用于破損較嚴重路面(如出現(xiàn)大面積坑槽)的維修翻新和舊路升級改造施工,修復后形成與新建道路性能完全相同的全新路面。但這種方法會增加原路面的標高,因此路面重復再生的次數(shù)將受到一定的限制。

The re paving regeneration method is suitable for the regeneration of 4-6 cm surface layers, which involves using two heating machines to heat the old asphalt pavement in stages. The surface temperature of the first heating can reach 160-180 ℃, and the surface temperature of the second heating will reach 180-250 ℃. By heating twice, the old asphalt material on the road surface is softened, then loosened by the regeneration machine host. The loosened material is collected into the mixing pot of the regeneration machine, and an appropriate amount of asphalt regeneration agent is added for mixing. The evenly mixed recycled mixture is spread on the road surface as the lower layer of the road surface, and a new layer of asphalt mixture is laid on it as the wear layer to form a new material road surface. Finally, it is rolled and formed by a roller. The working speed of the regeneration machine is generally 1-3 m/min. This method is suitable for repairing and renovating severely damaged road surfaces (such as large potholes), as well as upgrading and renovating old roads. After repair, a completely new road surface with the same performance as the new road is formed. But this method will increase the elevation of the original road surface, so the number of times the road surface can be regenerated will be limited to a certain extent.

重鋪再生法一般有兩種工藝方法:

方法一:加熱→舊料再生(翻松、添加再生劑、攪拌等)→攤鋪整形→壓入碎石工藝。

方法二:加熱→舊料再生(翻松、添加再生劑、攪拌等)→攤鋪整形→罩新面工藝。

這兩種工藝方法的基本工藝流程如下:

(1)加熱軟化路面

(1) Heating to soften the road surface

利用2臺加熱機內(nèi)的紅外線加熱器或熱空氣等加熱路面,使之軟化,根據(jù)氣溫、風速、風向、路表的濕度以及混合料的含水量,調(diào)整機器的工作狀態(tài),保證路面的加熱溫度。一般情況下,通過2臺加熱機的加熱,在面層下15cm深處的溫度可達150~200℃,加熱深度可達4~6cm。盡管加熱溫度很高,但時間短,舊路面內(nèi)的瀝青不會因溫度太高而老化。目前現(xiàn)有的加熱方式有火焰加熱、紅外線加熱、熱氣加熱、微波加熱。其中紅外線加熱和熱氣加熱為常用的加熱方法,微波加熱是一項有發(fā)展前景的新技術(shù)。

Use the infrared heaters or hot air inside two heating machines to heat the road surface and soften it. Adjust the working state of the machines according to the temperature, wind speed, wind direction, humidity of the road surface, and water content of the mixture to ensure the heating temperature of the road surface. In general, by heating with two heating machines, the temperature at a depth of 15cm below the surface layer can reach 150-200 ℃, and the heating depth can reach 4-6 cm. Although the heating temperature is high, the time is short, and the asphalt in the old road surface will not age due to the high temperature. The current heating methods include flame heating, infrared heating, hot gas heating, and microwave heating. Infrared heating and hot gas heating are commonly used heating methods, while microwave heating is a promising new technology.

(2)銑刨翻松路面

(2) Milling and scarifying the road surface

路面再生機上安裝有銑刨裝置。當面層經(jīng)加熱軟化后,機器在行走過程中通過銑刨裝置將路面翻松。由于路面被加熱,因而路面內(nèi)集料不會產(chǎn)生破碎。翻松的路面材料由收料裝置收集到路面中間或攪拌鍋中。

The road regeneration machine is equipped with a milling device. After the surface layer is heated and softened, the machine uses a milling device to loosen the road surface during walking. Due to the heating of the road surface, the aggregates inside the road surface will not break. The loosened road surface material is collected by the collection device into the middle of the road surface or in a mixing pot.

(3)拌和整形

翻松的路面材料集中到路中間或攪拌鍋后,在其上灑布一定的瀝青再生劑進行拌和,通過輸送裝置送到再生攤鋪裝置的前面進行攤鋪,形成再生路面層。

After the loosened road surface material is concentrated in the middle of the road or in a mixing pot, a certain amount of asphalt rejuvenator is sprinkled on it for mixing, and sent to the front of the rejuvenator paving device through a conveying device for paving, forming a recycled road surface layer.

(4)罩新面

(4) Cover the new surface

再生機前面裝有1只集料斗,新拌制的瀝青混合料由自卸汽車卸入集料斗內(nèi),由輸送機將新混合料運送到后面的攤鋪裝置,根據(jù)所需要的路拱、攤鋪寬度和攤鋪厚度(考慮松鋪系數(shù)),把新混合料攤鋪到經(jīng)過再生的路面上,然后進行碾壓即形成平整、密實的路面。

There is one aggregate hopper installed in front of the regeneration machine. The newly mixed asphalt mixture is unloaded into the hopper by a dump truck and transported by a conveyor to the paving device at the back. According to the required road arch, paving width, and paving thickness (considering the coefficient of looseness), the new mixture is spread onto the regenerated road surface, and then rolled to form a flat and dense road surface.
