物料撒布施工需要注意的事項(xiàng)

因設(shè)計(jì)要求不同，各施工撒布物料也不盡相同。目前，施工物料多為水泥、白灰，但也有物料為土凝巖、粉煤灰等。

目前，市面上的水泥多穩(wěn)定，但也存在摻雜粉煤灰量過大而造成撒布揚(yáng)塵和打料揚(yáng)塵大的現(xiàn)象。

白灰一般要求為球磨白灰，但受多方面制約，目前市面上的白灰多摻雜石粉、石硝等，造成白灰干濕度、顆粒度等不好掌控，給白灰施工造成了非常大的影響。針對(duì)于不同的物料，在施工過程中大家要注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

At present, the white ash on the market is mostly mixed with stone powder and stone nitrate, which makes it difficult to control the dry humidity and particle size of the white ash, and has a great impact on the white ash construction. For different materials, we should pay attention to the following points during construction:
（1）物料不要長(zhǎng)時(shí)間在車廂內(nèi)存放，及時(shí)排放干凈。
(1) Materials shall not be stored in the carriage for a long time and shall be discharged in time.
（2）不要顛簸運(yùn)輸。
(2) Do not transport bumpily.
（3）根據(jù)物料適當(dāng)調(diào)整車廂內(nèi)部人字架縫隙及均整器角度，均整器振動(dòng)器常開。
(3) Adjust the A-frame gap and equalizer angle inside the carriage properly according to the materials, and the equalizer vibrator is normally open.
（4）如白灰濕度大在車廂內(nèi)搭橋，可根據(jù)實(shí)際搭橋位置調(diào)整物料減重錐副板縫隙，調(diào)整后隨時(shí)注意液壓壓力變化情況。
(4) If the lime is wet enough to bridge in the carriage, the gap of the material weight reduction cone sub plate can be adjusted according to the actual bridging position. After adjustment, pay attention to the change of hydraulic pressure at any time.
（5）如白灰含一定顆?；蛘扯?、濕度偏大，絞龍、計(jì)量器啟動(dòng)液壓壓力偏高，可選擇絞龍、計(jì)量器間隔性啟動(dòng)，以保證傳輸動(dòng)力及疏通絞龍、計(jì)量器。（壓力過高會(huì)增加機(jī)械磨損程度，建議調(diào)整物料配比）
(5) If the white ash contains certain particles or the viscosity and humidity are too high, and the hydraulic pressure for starting the auger and the gauge is too high, the auger and the gauge can be started at intervals to ensure the transmission of power and dredge the auger and the gauge. (too high pressure will increase the degree of mechanical wear, so it is recommended to adjust the material ratio)

（7）陷車路面隨時(shí)注意后方物料撒布情況，路面的不平整、下陷隨時(shí)有可能會(huì)影響撒布效果。
(7) Pay attention to the distribution of materials behind the sunken road at any time. The uneven and sunken road may affect the distribution effect at any time.
（8）白灰如在布料器、計(jì)量器軟連接內(nèi)產(chǎn)生堆積，應(yīng)及時(shí)清理。
(8) If the lime accumulates in the soft connection of the distributor and the meter, it shall be cleaned in time.
