振動壓路機(jī)不振動是怎么回事?

1、作業(yè)時,壓路機(jī)應(yīng)先起步后才能起震,內(nèi)燃機(jī)應(yīng)先至于中速,然后再調(diào)制高速。

(1)控制電路故障

控制閥的電源電路處于斷路狀態(tài)或者控制線圈損壞,都會造成閥芯不能換向而不能與液壓油腔接頭而驅(qū)動馬達(dá)產(chǎn)生激振。
If the power circuit of the control valve is in an open circuit state or the control coil is damaged, the valve core will not be able to reverse and cannot be connected with the hydraulic oil chamber, resulting in excitation of the driving motor.

當(dāng)液壓油受到污染,其中的雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入到滑閥的關(guān)閉位置而造成電磁閥不能驅(qū)動時,也會造成液壓馬達(dá)不能將油路接通,造成壓路機(jī)不能產(chǎn)生振動。

首先應(yīng)該檢查電路,檢查過程中使用一根導(dǎo)線,將其中一端與電源連接,另一端則與電磁閥驅(qū)動線圈的火線端相連,若電磁閥振動則表明是電源電路故障,則應(yīng)該對電路進(jìn)行檢查,查出故障后予以處理。
First, check the circuit. During the inspection, use a wire to connect one end to the power supply and the other end to the live wire end of the solenoid valve drive coil. If the solenoid valve vibrates, it indicates that the power circuit is faulty, check the circuit and deal with it after finding out the fault.
若連接之后依然不能振動,則應(yīng)該將電磁閥拆下,并手動推動閥芯,振動輪振動后,表明時電磁控制線圈損壞;也可使用導(dǎo)線與電磁閥火線的接線柱刮火,若沒有火花,則表明電磁線圈斷開。若出現(xiàn)火花則說明電磁線圈正常工作,但依然不能振動,則表明滑閥被卡死,需要對閥體進(jìn)行檢查。
