撒布車液壓油箱的使用與維護保養(yǎng)

平時使用的時候我們要注意以下幾點:

(1)、液壓油的補加

液壓系統(tǒng)所使用的液壓油為46#高清潔抗壓耐磨液壓油,補加的時候要特別注意,一定要把加油口處的粉塵清理干凈,并適量補加,不要超過觀察孔處的紅色點位,以免液壓油加多了產(chǎn)生外溢。如有外溢,請不要用水清洗,可選擇擦拭清理的方式處理。

因工作環(huán)境特殊,粉塵量較大,液壓油箱的散熱片會沾附較多粉塵,粉塵的沾附會影響液壓油油溫的下降并增加散熱風扇的運轉(zhuǎn)時間。因此,油箱散熱片需要定期吹掃,吹掃的時候氣槍不要離散熱片過近,以免碰傷散熱片。
