舊瀝青路面材料的再生利用,就是將瀝青路面經(jīng)過再生專用設(shè)備的翻挖、銑刨、回收、加熱、破碎、篩分后,與在再生劑、新瀝青、新集料等按一定比例重新拌和,滿足一定的路用性能并重新鋪筑于路面的一整套工藝。

What is in situ cold regeneration and geothermal regeneration?
就地冷再生(CIR)是指采用專用的就地冷再生設(shè)備,對(duì)瀝青路面進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)冷銑刨、破碎和篩分(必要時(shí)),滲入一定數(shù)量的新集料、再生結(jié)合料、活性填料(水泥、石灰等)、水,經(jīng)過常溫拌和、攤鋪、碾壓等工序,一次性實(shí)現(xiàn)舊瀝青路面再生的技術(shù),它包括瀝青層就地冷再生和全深式就地冷再生兩種方式。僅對(duì)瀝青材料層進(jìn)行的就地冷再生稱為瀝青層就地冷再生。瀝青層就地冷再生是一種循環(huán)利用的再生技術(shù),再生后的材料仍將用于瀝青層,主要用于道路的聯(lián)結(jié)層、下面層或柔性基層,也常用于鄉(xiāng)村道路的翻修。再生層既包括瀝青面層又包括非瀝青材料層。稱為全深式就地冷再生。全深式就地冷再生可以解決瀝青路面面層、基層的所有病害,但其施工工序復(fù)雜、施工成本高。

The recycled layer includes both asphalt surface layer and non asphalt material layer. It is called full depth in-situ cold regeneration. Full depth in-situ cold recycling can solve all the diseases of asphalt pavement surface and base, but its construction process is complex and the construction cost is high.
