泡沫瀝青就地冷再生技術(shù)特點(diǎn)

泡沫瀝青又叫膨脹瀝青,是將一定的常溫冷水注入熱瀝青,使其發(fā)生膨脹,形成大量的瀝青泡沫,經(jīng)過很短的時(shí)間,瀝青泡沫破裂。

當(dāng)泡沫瀝青與集料接觸時(shí),瀝青泡沫間化為數(shù)以萬計(jì)的“小顆粒”,散布于細(xì)集料的表面,形成黏有大量瀝青的細(xì)料填縫料,經(jīng)過拌合壓實(shí),這些細(xì)料能填充于粗料之間的空隙,并形成類似砂漿的作用,使混合料達(dá)到穩(wěn)定。

目前主要采用膨脹率和半衰期兩個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)瀝青發(fā)泡特性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。膨脹率是指瀝青發(fā)泡膨脹時(shí)達(dá)到的最大體積與泡沫完全消失時(shí)的體積之比,反映泡沫瀝青的黏度大小。半衰期是指泡沫瀝青從最大體積降到最大體積的一半需要的時(shí)間,以 s 計(jì),反映泡沫瀝青的穩(wěn)定性。

為了使發(fā)泡瀝青與常溫濕集料拌合充分,膨脹率越大越好,半衰期則越長越好,以便發(fā)泡瀝青與集料有較長時(shí)間進(jìn)行拌和,提高發(fā)泡瀝青混合料的質(zhì)量。評(píng)價(jià)瀝青發(fā)泡效果時(shí),膨脹率和半衰期是兩個(gè)密不可分的指標(biāo),最好的發(fā)泡效果應(yīng)使兩個(gè)值均比較大,而不能單獨(dú)采用一個(gè)指標(biāo)來控制。建議發(fā)泡瀝青的膨脹率≥10 倍,半衰期≥8s。
