Adequate construction preparation
施工現(xiàn)場管理貫穿于工程施工的全過程，充分的施工準備是管理好施工現(xiàn)場的基礎。施工單位只有通過充分的施工準備，才能保障施工過程的連續(xù)、協(xié)調、均衡和經(jīng)濟。在進行施工準備工作中應注意以下問題：
Construction site management runs through the whole process of engineering construction, and sufficient construction preparation is the basis of good construction site management. Only through sufficient construction preparation can the construction unit ensure the continuity, coordination, balance and economy of the construction process. The following problems should be paid attention to in the construction preparation work:
1．要建立嚴謹、規(guī)范的內部約束、考核、激勵機制，用制度管人，用規(guī)章管理工程。

2．要補充調查工程沿線影響施工的因素，標注出平面位置圖，并進行、論證，寫出調查報告，作為修訂施工方案、編制施工控制預算的依據(jù)。

6．建立工地試驗室，并申請臨時資質。對施工中擬使用的各種原材料取樣試驗，建立相關技術參數(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)庫。

7．繪制關鍵工序施工工藝流程圖和試驗操作規(guī)程、質量檢查評定、計量支付、設計變更、事故處理等操作管理框圖，并使圖表上墻。
